By accessing and using the Lumber Portland website (lumberportland.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Services

All products and services described on this website are subject to availability. Reclaimed lumber is a natural, salvaged material — variations in color, grain, and character are inherent to the product and are not considered defects.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All quotes provided through our contact forms are estimates and not binding until confirmed in writing by our sales team.

3. Reclaimed Material Disclaimer

Reclaimed lumber may contain nail holes, surface checking, color variation, mineral staining, and other character marks consistent with its age and origin. While we inspect and grade all materials, minor imperfections are part of the nature of reclaimed wood and contribute to its unique character. We recommend ordering 10-15% overage to account for natural variation and cutting waste.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quote and deposit (if applicable). We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Custom milling orders require a 50% deposit before work begins. All sales are final on custom-milled products.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Lumber Portland is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery charges are in addition to product pricing unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery vehicles.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Stock inventory items may be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Custom-milled products are non-returnable. All returns must be pre-approved by contacting our team.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lumber Portland provides reclaimed wood products and related services. We are not responsible for improper installation, use of materials in applications not recommended by our team, or damage resulting from failure to follow care and maintenance guidelines. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Lumber Portland and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
